What Van Permit Audit does not do
- No ownership or title records. Permits, not land title.
- No environmental or flood mapping.
- No national coverage claim: we publish the municipality list and the record count for each one, and nothing outside it.
- No real-time feed. Each municipality is refreshed on its own open-data publishing cycle, and every page states the window it measured.
- No bulk data licence or reseller tier.
